Blue Advantage’s Healthy Rewards program is an easy way to earn extra money on your Flex Card – just by completing a few preventive health actions such as your Annual Wellness Visit or flu shot.
The Healthy Rewards program is simple. All members are eligible to enroll in the program and once enrolled you can receive rewards annually on the following health actions:
Members must enroll in the program each year in order to participate. All eligible health actions must be completed by 12/31 to receive funds for that plan year.
For more information on the program and to enroll, log in to your Blue Advantage Member Portal. From your Member Portal, you can enroll in the program, view your eligible health actions, and track your earnings! You may also call 1-833-952-2775, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST, Monday – Friday to enroll.
