ABOUT YOUR BLUE ADVANTAGE FLEX CARD

Your Blue Advantage Flex Card is a prepaid debit card that helps pay for out-of-pocket costs, including:

$500 for prescription hearing aids
$225 for eyeglasses and contacts
$200 for over-the-counter supplies ($50 per quarter)

Quarter 1 (January, February, March)
Quarter 2 (April, May, June)
Quarter 3 (July, August, September)
Quarter 4 (October, November, December)
